NORUDE

Trying to source E-bikes in Japan that can go the distance on the tour hasn’t been an easy task but we were fortunate to find NORUDE. They are a subscription service that allows people to rent electric assist bicycles from brands such as Panasonic and Yamaha for a fixed monthly fee. Inspections and maintenance by their in-house mechanics are free of charge, and on-site repairs are also available as an option. XB Planning Cycling Partner

We recently have been working with XB Planning to help us with the growing demand of E-bike requests. The shop opened in 2018 to help people interested in cycling to get started without having to purchase. They provide beginner tips, cycling tour rentals and support, maintenance and much more. Ride Free Apparel

Ride Free Apparel was founded by Garrett, an artist and avid mountain biker and was born out of a simple desire for authentic, personalized mountain bike apparel. Designing custom cycling shirts that are durable, light weight and support small business. We met Garret Shaw at the BC (Canada) Bike show in 2023. Megluck is an art studio and organic food shop created in collaboration with people with disabilities. They stock a wide variety of original goods and T-shirts featuring illustrations. They’ve also made custom socks for over 1000 different businesses, including for O Cycle Japan, charities, brands, events, universities, and so much more. The Spin Sisters Mountain Bike Club from is a progressive women’s only mountain biking club in the Calgary, Canada that brings together adult riders of all abilities to enjoy the sport. They have been around for over 20 years.
